Control + Z (Undo) in the Metadata of the Results section - can bring up other patient's results.

I think the Windows Clipboard is at fault here.

I am a heavy control + c,x,v,z user. I'll probably be the only one who could have ever noticed this.

If you repeatedly press control + z to Undo information, you can get things you typed in other sections.

I guess this is a problem with any Windows Computer.
