function descriptors

I'm thinking of changing the names of the function descriptors.

I was forced to use a 1024x768 laptop yesterday to do my clinic ( forgot the battery pack for mine ) and I could not see the full names of the descriptors. So, instead of

Manage Diagnoses
Manage Medications
Manage Ticklers

I will remove the redundant "Manage" word.

Good Idea.

Agreed, and could use "Med Hx" or something where there is more than one medication function.
