Name Reversing Bug

I've notice some problems lately with patient's names being reversed.

I thought it might be my secretary, but I couldn't rule out a bug.

It's a buglet.

Never seen this bug .. would you produce a step by step, or a movie to reproduce it.

[F3] - search for a patient, select the patient.

repeat the same process, switching to the exact same patient ( [F3] - search for a patient, select the patient.)

the names reverse. You can't [Synapse Import] anything. On top of that, the wrong PaperPort directory would be created.

I'm not seeing anything like this ..

It only occurs when using the popup.

so what you type in the F3 popup can't have a unique hit.
