"Neck" in the new Examination applet auto inserts the default statement of "Neck: supple, carotids full and no bruits, no thyromegaly, no lymphadenopathy present, normal range of motion" whether or not I make my own default statement and use it, or generate a "custom" neck examination. The auto-generated text is not visible until the consult has been saved.
