Niggles

I'm going to look at fixing a few niggling problems.

One of them is that selecting the title ( Mr. Mrs. etc ) is supposed to set the gender for you and then set focus on the next field. However, it doesn't work well.

Niggle #2,

when you switch patients ... the appointment preference area doesn't change always.

both of these should be fixed now.

miss the space ... problems !
