Anyone do in office procedures that they write up reports for ? Looks like I'll need to add back in procedures as a distinct part of the detailed examination.
Yes we do in uc, although not as formal as a surgical procedure in hospital or something. Laceration repair, I&D, removal of FB, and eye procedures are all examples. We have a medical-surgical procedure template which I will have to use as an acroform, but certainly need in-office procedure reports.
I've reinstituted the procedures tab for 216beta1. I think there are a few main headers: Name: Indication: Consent: Procedure: Findings: Summary or Conclusions. Maybe if this entire consult is created as a procedure, it can be also stored in results ...
