OpenDBX bindings

Here's a first go at some bindings to OpenDBX

What does it allow you to do?
Access a number of supported databases on Win32, Linux and Mac.
The databases include Firebird/Interbase, Postgresql, Sql Server, Sybase, Sqlite, and MySQL.

If you have an bugs to report, just post them here.
