So, it looks like I have to recall all my patients who are on biologics, Methotrexate > 20 mg, Methotrexate + Leflunomide, and various other combinations to advise them to get a 3rd primary Covid-19 vaccination. And probably a 4th vaccine in 6 months after that. Sigh.
I have a text file of everyone's vaccine c19 history and I am somehow supposed to create a note under Consults with the details. Not sure how easy it would be to automate creating a note under consults. The data is very structured. and they all have unique health IDs.
